Ensuring your utmost satisfaction is our topmost priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your artwork(s), please reach out to us within 14 days of the delivery. We are dedicated to making things right for you by offering refunds, credits, or replacements at no additional cost.

Handling Damaged Artwork(s)

While we strive to provide exceptional service, certain factors like shipping and handling are beyond our control. In rare instances, orders may sustain damage during transit. If you receive damaged artwork(s), kindly contact us via email at info@artisuno.com within 14 days of delivery. We kindly request that you include photographs of the canvas, packaging, and shipping label for verification purposes. Upon confirmation, we will promptly arrange for a replacement.

Important Notice

• To ensure a smooth delivery process, it is the customers' responsibility to provide accurate shipping addresses during checkout. In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, reshipping fees will apply.
• Please be aware that slight color variations may occur between the actual artwork and what is displayed on your screen, owing to differences in photo shooting lighting and individual screen brightness settings. This is considered normal and does not qualify as a defect.
• For all returns and related requests, we kindly request that you communicate with us directly. Failure to notify us in advance or refusal to accept or return packages to our production center without prior communication will result in the inability to process refunds or credits.
